Who I Am

I’m Becky Simpson. I’m in my 50s, originally from the Midlands, and have called the South West home since 2006. I’m married to Jason (my third and final husband!), and between us, we have three amazing adult sons. We live with a wonderfully chaotic spaniel and stay connected to family far and wide—including my brother in the States.

 

Life has brought its share of highs and lows, and I’ve learned from every moment. What I’m most proud of?

​

• My sons – kind, resilient, and successful humans who’ve taught me as much as I’ve taught them.

• My support of others – I thrive on helping people become the best version of themselves. Whether through coaching, mentoring, or simply encouraging someone at the right time, it brings me deep joy to see others grow and succeed.

• My career journey – I left school before 16 with basic qualifications but worked my way to Director level. Since 1999, I’ve run my own successful business, Improvement Solutions, helping business leaders navigate change, grow their businesses, and develop their people.

• My eyeliner? It’s my signature—bold, a little rebellious, and uniquely me

• My long hair with purple streaks? A nod to consistency… with a splash of excitement

• I love order, quiet, and clear thinking. I don’t do clutter—physically or mentally

• I give every job 110%—always have, always will
